Getting to Hopkins Bay Resort

Flights from the mainland USA arrive and depart daily. Transfers are simple and commute times within the country by air to Hopkins Bay Resort are very short.

Airlines flying to Belize International Airport (BZE)

• American Airlines via Dallas (2:50) and Miami (1:40)
• Continental Airlines via Houston (2:30) and Newark (4:30)
• Delta Air Lines via Atlanta (2:55)
• US Airways via Charlotte (3:20)

Connections at the Belize International Airport are very easy to Dangriga. The two local airlines are Maya Island Air (800) 225-6732 or Tropic Air (800) 422-3435. Both domestic carriers offer frequent service for the 20 minute flight to Dangriga. Our driver will meet you upon arrival and will transport your party from Dangriga to Hopkins Bay Resort, where your exotic luxury dream vacation begins.

Transfer from Dangriga to Hopkins Bay Resort
1-4 persons: $60 US ($50 + tax & service charge)
Each additional: $6 US ($5 + tax & service charge)

Round Trip Transfers Dangriga/Hopkins Bay Resort
1-4 persons: $120 US ($100 + tax & service charge)
Each additional: $12 US ($10 + tax & service charge)

When you arrive at the Belize International Airport, collect your luggage and clear customs. After clearing customs, take an immediate left and check in with your scheduled airline. You will then proceed to the Domestic departures lounge where there are duty free shops, a small restaurant and bar.

Alternatively, when you arrive in Belize City you can rent a vehicle, and drive through the beautiful mountains of the Hummingbird Highway to Hopkins Bay Resort. Driving time is just under three hours and the scenery is incredible.

Visitors require a valid passport and are permitted to stay within Belize for 30 days. Extensions to stay longer can be processed through the Immigration Office in Belize City. Vaccinations or medical clearances are not required.
