Placentia Visit & Shopping Experience

Located approximately one hour drive from the resort, your first stop will be in Independence where you will take a ferry to your destination. Placentia Village has many things to offer such as local gift shops, an art gallery, many restaurants and beautiful beaches. Enjoy walking on Placentia’s Main Street sidewalk which is 4,071 ft. long and 4 ft. wide it has earned the distinction as the World’s Narrowest Street in the Guinness Book of World Records!

The Placencia Sidewalk is the heart of Placencia Village, an artery that links the visitors, residents, businesses and homes of Placencia Village. After a few hours of shopping and visiting, you will meet at a restaurant we have selected for you, where you will enjoy a nice lunch. You will have more time to finish the visit of Placentia after your lunch before making your way back to the resort.
