    • Complete rough rendering
    • Install windows and seal unit until we can carry on with construction.

PHASE 3 LOOP 1

TRI-PLEX’S

  • Focus on TP 7 with roof up to water & ice stage as the supplier of the Decra roof tiles is due to arrive on site on 19th May to train our personnel to install the roofing tiles.
  • Metal studs to TP # 1,# 2 and # 7 and rough render all units
  • Plumbing and electrical installation

6-PLEX

  • Excavate for grade beams and cast concrete
  • Start with grade beam columns
