‘Spice Islands’ Baked chicken simmered in a sauce with dark rum, molasses, stout beer, garlic, cinnamon and nutmeg or Sparkling fresh grouper filet rubbed in a piquant blend of spices, topped with a pineapple–papaya salsa are just 2 selections of our all-embracing, innovative menu, which also features some old world classics for our less adventuress visitors.

Here our gracious and friendly staff, a relaxing poolside view plus a warm ocean breeze, will inspire a unique dining experience.

Guests will enjoy a delightful selection of Mediterranean and international dishes, as well as the classic favorites—each meal is expertly prepared for the utmost enjoyment, good health and presentation.

With an abundant supply of fresh fish, lobster and flavorful vegetables, herbs and fruits, our talented chefs masterfully combine old-world recipes with new ingredients to create innovative and exciting cuisine. Refreshing tropical drinks prepared from natural ingredients and fantastic wines further enhance your dining pleasure. Shuttle service is provided for patrons of the restaurants to and from Belizean Dreams and Hopkins Bay.
