	Family Room/Kitchen The main living area features a spacious open-concept layout with elegant solid wood furnishings and tasteful decor. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a full complement of appliances. The main living area is flanked by the two main floor bedrooms, one on either side.
	Main Floor Bedroom 1 This bedroom features a deluxe queen size bed, its own doors leading out onto the beach front patio, and a full en-suite with walk in shower and double vanity.
	Main Floor Bedroom 2 The second bedroom also features a deluxe queen size bed with doors leading to the beach front patio. A private ensuite complete with a walk in shower adjoins this room. This room can be locked off to turn the main floor into a 1 bedroom suite if you do not need the extra space of a second bedroom.
	Upstairs/Master Suite The spacious upstairs suite features a deluxe queen size bed, en-suite, and a huge private deck overlooking stunning ocean views and the beach below. This suite has its own entrance and can be rented seperately or included as a 3rd bedroom. Perfect for honeymoon couples!
